    • Venue: Imagine That! Creative Studio, St. Mark’s Road, Bengaluru
    • Your Pehchaan Host: Mitisha Dhaka, a former lawyer, transitioned into wellness with 4 years of experience in the field. Benefits of Holotropic Breathwork & Sound Healing

    • Deep Emotional Release: Breathwork helps unlock trapped emotions, while sound healing supports the release by calming the mind and body.
    • Stress Reduction: Breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, and sound healing further relaxes the nervous system, leading to reduced stress and anxiety.
    • Enhanced Mind-Body Connection: Conscious breathing increases awareness of the body, while sound vibrations harmonize physical and mental states, creating a stronger connection between the two.
    • Trauma Healing: The combination of breathwork’s ability to access deep emotional layers and sound healing’s vibrational effects promotes profound trauma release and healing.
    • Improved Clarity and Focus: Breathwork opens the mind to non-ordinary states of consciousness, and sound healing helps integrate these experiences, improving mental clarity and focus.
    • Energetic Rebalancing: Breathwork clears emotional blockages, and sound healing aligns energy centers, promoting overall energetic balance and well-being.
    • Deep Relaxation and Inner Peace: The synergy of breathwork and sound healing induces a deep state of relaxation, leaving participants feeling calm, centered, and rejuvenated.

No prior experience is necessary! This workshop is designed for both beginners and those familiar with breathwork and sound healing. The facilitator will guide you through every step.

    2. What should I bring to the workshop?
Comfortable clothing is recommended to help you relax during the session. You may also want to bring a water bottle and a small towel. Mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if preferred.

    3. Is there anything I should do to prepare before the session?
It’s best to avoid heavy meals and caffeine at least two hours before the workshop for maximum comfort during the breathing exercises. Staying hydrated and coming with an open mindset will also enhance your experience.

    4. What if I feel uncomfortable or emotional during breathwork?
It’s completely normal to experience a range of emotions, sensations, or physical reactions during breathwork as it helps release stress and emotional blockages. Our facilitator is trained to support you, and you can always take a break if needed.

    5. Are there any physical or health restrictions I should be aware of?
Breathwork is generally safe for most people. However, if you have any pre-existing medical conditions like heart disease, high blood pressure, or are pregnant, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before attending.

    6. Can I attend if I’m pregnant?
We recommend pregnant individuals consult their healthcare provider before participating in breathwork, as the intensity of certain breathing techniques may not be suitable.

    7. Will there be any side effects from the session?
While breathwork and sound healing are generally safe, some participants may experience temporary feelings of lightheadedness, emotional release, or physical sensations during the session, which are normal. These feelings typically pass quickly, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

    8. What if I can’t fully engage with some parts of the session?
You are encouraged to participate at your own pace. If you need to pause or adjust any aspect of the experience, feel free to do so. The session is meant to be a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

    9. How long does the effect of breathwork and sound healing last?
The effects of breathwork and sound healing can vary from person to person. Many participants report feeling a sense of relaxation, emotional clarity, and inner peace for days or even weeks after the session. Regular practice can help maintain these benefits long-term.

    10. What happens after the workshop? Can I continue breathwork and sound healing on my own?
Yes! After the workshop, you’ll have a solid foundation to continue practicing breathwork on your own. Sound healing sessions can also be attended regularly, and our host can offer guidance on how to integrate these practices into your daily routine.
