- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

- Via WhatsApp: For your convenience, you can cancel your ticket simply by sending us a message. Click on the WhatsApp button located at the bottom right of our website and message us with “Cancel my ticket”.
- Alternative Method: If you do not have access to WhatsApp, please reach out directly to your host to process the cancellation.
4. Refund Process Upon receiving your cancellation request through the specified channels, we will process your refund (if eligible) promptly. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
